Getting there but my friend cant get back on and still cant get on forums...plz help.

Other than the fact I lost some good friends (several times I failed to meet with my former clanmates) one who couldnt update it to 2.7.0 and he fact that no one at Wargaming has answered my SOS for forums issue, I still now love this game again. I was able to reset my password finally. And now, Im back on. Can someone still help my former clanmate (not mentioning names unless a mod PMs me) update to 2.11.0? That would be great.
