Tier vi and up matchmaking needs balancing

At this point i know that smart teams are almost nonexistent when theyre on my team.
My problem now is the tank matchmaking. For example Im in a t1 heavy and Im put in a match where the enemy has two t29s and two ISs and my team is completely defenceless if the top tank is killed(which happens most of the time) and the enemy team just cleans up the place. Then Im called unnecessary names and spammed ed in my personal chat saying im useless and should go kill my self by some guy whose name i dont remember (arrug maybe) and the cycle just repeats itself.
Well i guess thats my rant sorry for those who wasted time reading this.
