More Arcade with each update
One of the great features of this game was that each tank had unique advantages and weaknesses and one needed to learn how to play with them. Now there are so many ways to improve your tank by paying coins that tanks lose their uniqueness. You see heavy tanks running around like mediums. So the game feels more arcade.
Also, grinding trough developing new tanks became a significantly less attractive, and more challenging proposition. Instead of going for new tanks like I have done in the past, I just end up playing a handful of old favorites that I know I can "option out" fully and still make money. So the game lost its addictive element to me, which I guess is not a bad thing.
Verdict: pretty fun game for occasional play.
